I saw you on the hbo true blood special and I am so glad they asked you to be a part of it! years ago I wanted to get into your books, but that didn't pan out at the time as I usually have so many books to read and so little time to do it in! well now with the true blood series and being interested in the genre again, i first wanted to read charlaine's books, but after seeing you and remembering, I am going to go back to my original plan to read your books before all else! I am so excited as I wasn't really into the twilight series, but still want to get my modern vampire read on! so this weekend I will begin my journey! can't wait. glad you are a philly native too, cause just like most philadelphians, born and bred, I am a big supporter of many things philly. s. hello!

It is like watching our country find a missing piece to a huge puzzle, then setting back and actually looking at the picture and saying "Wow so that is what we are suppose to look like!!" I am so proud of our country, it still makes me tear up whenever I see a glimpse of our new President Elect. I cut out a row of cartoons that were drawn up--one in particular made me smile, albeit woefully: Mr. Obama is motioning to a raggedy looking Uncle Same, and he's saying "Ready to rejoin the world?"
