That is really unforgetable day, and it is a great experience as well meeting the president for many is like a dream, so let me congrat you for such a chance you siezed with courage. Only you could have written this wonderful account of one of best moments in your life. I get it! I’m retired and spend my days writing. The day you appeared on CNN’s flash back, my back was to the TV, typing and only thought I heard your name. No that couldn’t be, but turned around and there you were! I was proud for you, for us. I’m so glad you persevered with your emails to the politico. I did as well, often. I, too, have diabetes 2. Glad you didn’t faint. LOL

WOW you had my eyes watering just reading this Congrates what wonderful experience to share with your family. I am sitting at my desk at work when your newletter came in so once i started reading about your experience with the President I am sitting at my desk cracking up at your story my coworker says “what are you laughing at then i proceed to tell her an she says yes i seen her speak on TV at the arcadia university she said you did very well and that made me smile even more…you go Girl!

First off let me say congrats on meeting the President. I have never wanted to do that until now. Second off let me say that I just started reading your books, have not gotten very far into the series yet, but this post was wonderful. You have earned my respect just from the fact that you support the President. I am so tired of all these people talking so terrible about him. It seems the whole country blames him for everything. I am not really good at keeping up with current affairs, but I know enough to know that I really like and respect President Obama, and I refuse to read any emails or post on face book that I see or get that say anything negative about him. I do not think Americans are giving him a chance. However, the biggest upset that I have is that I am from Florida and we have a man running for Governor of our state that is airing public commercials speaking ill of the President as part of his campaign speech. I was so upset when I saw that. It amazes me that someone can run for Governor of a state in the United States and not support the President. It is just so nice to know that there are still some people out there that do support our President. And as an inspiring writer, it does my heart good to know that you a book author got to meet the President. So congratulations and good luck on your writing. I look forward to reading more of your books.
